- Why do you only feature 12 products at a time? I want more! For AUTISM SMILES LLC, having the lowest possible prices isn't just a slogan or catch phrase; it's our philosophy and the foundation of our business. Our dedicated staff work tirelessly scouring international markets to find you the best deals, with the highest possible quality at the cheapest possible price. At AUTISM SMILES LLC we will never post a sale unless we genuinely believe it is a fantastic product at an amazing price. The only exception to this rule is holiday time, when more items may be featured to keep up with demand.
- I like today's deal! How do I buy it? Just click on the green "Buy Now" button and you will be redirected to the checkout page. If you are a first time customer, you will be asked to register an account, after which you can place an order with your credit card or Paypal.
- When and for how long are these deals posted? New deals are posted several times a week and available while supplies last. Most of our items have limited quantities so get it while it’s still hot.
- Can I buy past deals? Nope. Sorry. You snooze you lose.
- What is a Deluxe Item? When our buyers scour the globe for good deals, sometimes they chance upon a deal for an item that is a little more upscale, but is too good to pass up. A Deluxe item will typically have more diamonds, more gold or larger gemstones. It is definitely an item to splurge on!
- What payment methods do you accept? We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
- Is AUTISM SMILES LLC. safe? Extremely. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL encryption directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information ever stored on our servers.
- Do you allow customers to place multiple orders? Yes, you can place as many orders as you wish.
- Do you charge sales tax on orders shipped outside of New York? No. We do charge sales tax 10% all states
- How do I ship to an address other than my billing address? For security purposes, when using a credit card, we can only ship an item to an address that matches the billing address. Please checkout using the Paypal option if you'd like your order shipped to an address that is different from your billing address.
- Can I change the shipping address on my order? If your order has already been submitted, so has the shipping address, and it cannot be changed. Once your order has been approved by our secure systems, we do not manually update information to ensure and protect your credit safety.
- What if I have moved and no longer live at the address on my account? If the address you entered is not correct, don't panic...Just let us know your new address. Your item will be returned to us and we will reship it back out to the correct address.
- How long will shipping take? Our ambition is to ship your order as soon as possible often the day after it was ordered. Depending on USPS/UPS's delivery times, where you live and the amount of orders we have to ship, delivery time varies between 3-10 business days.
- My order hasn't arrived, what do I do? Patience! It can take up 5 business days for items to ship.
- Do you ship outside the United States? No. Our sincerest apologies to all of our AUTISM SMILES LLC. brethren who live internationally, but at this time we only ship within the United States.
- How do I know how much shipping will cost? That's an easy one! The answer will always be the same: $0.00! Shipping is always free on every item!
- In what type of packaging is my item shipped in? Every AUTISM SMILES LLC. item is shipped in a gorgeous gift box. If you are giving this item to someone as a gift, there is no need to buy a gift box! If you are keeping the item for yourself, the box is a really pretty way to store your purchase.
